Rental Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy
If We Cancel Bookings Or Events
Weather and other forces beyond our control may force us to shut down our operations for the safety of our customers. Falcona Longpaddles reserves the right to cancel or alter events without prior notice. We will do our best to notify customers as soon as reasonably possible.

We will offer to provide the rental on another day or a full refund is available upon request.

If you are registered for an event that we have been forced to cancel, you will receive an email notification.  On the rare occurrence an event is cancelled within two hours of the scheduled start time, we will call or SMS all participants.

Instances which may force us to cancel events and rental bookings include, but not limited to, weather, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, pandemic or other outbreaks, earthquake, flood, hurricane, or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, terrorism or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence. Falcona Longpaddles shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the event.

If You Wish To Cancel or Rebook
We require 48 hours notice in advance of your cancellation or rescheduling. If 48 hours notice is given we will provide a coupon for a future rental or a full refund.

Guided Paddles and Lessons:

We require 48 hours notice in advance of your cancellation or rescheduling.

If 48 hours notice is given, a coupon credit will be given or a full refund.


If you are able to give us the minimum notice required to cancel or reschedule your booking, email with your Full Name, Rental or Event Type, Date & Time of Rental or Booking .  If you request a refund in the allowed time, we’ll refund you the amount paid and of course we are happy to just reschedule your rental to another day.
